This "In the Classroom" Documentary Short of Teen Yoga will benefit any teen yoga teacher. "In the Classroom" videos take you inside the classroom to watch a live class as it is happening. Christy provides commentary from a teaching perspective. --Seeing real teens in real classroom situations: If you don't have a lot of experience working with teens, it is tremendously helpful to see how they realistically behave and respond in a yoga class and to get an idea of their level of maturity.
